The hourly rate improves efficiency and deliverables, saving you time and money. The system and productivity tools are in place to ensure that the agency provides at least as much value as the current “hourly” efficiency rates.

What is a monthly playbook plan?

Our monthly playbook outlines how we fulfill the points allocated within each package to a specific campaign or deliverable. Playbook plans are maintained in Google Sheets and accessible to the client all the time.

Are our client calls and emails billed at an hourly rate as part of the campaign?

No, it is not included in the hourly distribution. All client follow-up calls and emails related to campaign services are free. In other words, because there is no billable hour meter, the points assigned to each package are geared toward tactical and deliverable work.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Our agreements are set to a 12-month term because this is where we see the most growth with our clients. Our strategies are planned for 6 to 12 months. However, all of our engagements include a 30-day cancellation clause.

How do your access and reporting look?

As a client, you have the right to immediate access to our team members, and we work hard to ensure that we deliver. Clients can contact us via email or business phone.

 

Rather than using primary email, we use Slack to implement a more robust campaign management center that centralizes all requests, conversations, approvals, tasks, activities, and responsible parties. Slack is available to the client 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
