Conversion Rate Optimization is the process of optimizing your website or ad experience to encourage more visitors to take specific actions. (For example, purchasing your product, completing your web form, adding to cart, and so on.)
Besides basic computer knowledge, knowledge of Google Analytics, psychology, and digital psychology is beneficial but not required. This course will cover in-depth CRO concepts that you can execute without technical knowledge.
Yes! Through group activities, you will work on real-life case studies. While basic principles and conceptual frameworks will be covered, most of the course will be activity-based. You will have the opportunity to explore enterprise CRO tools, checklists, guides, and templates.
Bring a laptop with you to in-person training. You can also borrow a laptop from us for the course duration. You should also bring a jacket in case the room gets cold.

Typically, one instructor instructs 20 to 24 students in a cluster or classroom seating arrangement in a conventional classroom. Face-to-face interactions are utilized for group discussions, presentations, lectures, and peer-to-peer mentoring (in-person).
In an online classroom, courses will be delivered via Zoom, a video-conferencing application. Screensharing will be used for lectures, while “breakout” rooms (individual virtual rooms) will be used for group discussions and group brainstorming to divide conversations into smaller groups. Both modalities of instruction provide the same course material and goals for learning.

Due to PDPA rules, we cannot give video recordings of the class (Personal Data Protection Act). But all courseware and e-learning videos can be accessed online for three years through the learning management system.
